August is hydration month at Oakwell.  We know the UK weather can be changeable and our summers are not always that summery, however the recent hot weather and currently increasing temperatures meant that we wanted to take the initiative and help our employees and operatives stay hydrated and also take care of the environment.

This means that for the month of August we will be issuing all our staff and operatives with an insulated Oakwell bottle.  The bottle is designed to keep our drinks cold for up to 12 hours and in a recent test (where Sarah took ice to a friend’s house for a G&T night) the ice remained frozen for a good 2 days.  We hope these bottles will help our workforce to enjoy a cool drink of water and help to reduce the use of plastic water bottles during (what should be) the hottest month of the year!
