City North, City North

City North is one of Oakwell’s current projects. This development comprises 355 homes, plus commercial space – including a cinema and a new train station entryway.

The development can be found on the edge of the 110-acre Finsbury Park. COVID-19 has been a challenge we have had to navigate. To help with this, we have implemented new safer working procedures, increased our tool box talks, carried out additional risk assessment and Health and Safety audits, to name a few processes.

We did not want to lose momentum on this project, so finding new, safer, ways of working was imperative. Oakwell was awarded the first, second and final carpentry works to the residential and commercial property on this project.
