This modern and sustainable development has won plenty of awards, including the Sunday Times British Homes awards where it was named the 2019 development of the year (for schemes over £10m). Oakwell was an integral part of this project, installing screed board 28 to enable the use of a lightweight componentised steel frame system.

The development consisted of 148 new homes, comprising one, two and three bedroom apartments. We won the package to carry out the first and second fix, plus final carpentry works. We are delighted to be part of this award winning project which also boasts the designation as a Site of Importance for Nature Conservation (SINC).
